DISC profiling is a powerful tool used to understand human behaviour and improve interpersonal interactions. It is based on the DISC theory developed by psychologist William Marston in the 1920s. The theory suggests that people exhibit four primary behavioural traits: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C).
DISC profiling helps individuals and organisations gain insights into their natural behavioural tendencies, communication styles, strengths, and areas for development. By understanding these traits, individuals can enhance their self-awareness, improve their communication skills, and build more effective relationships in both personal and professional settings.
Led by Shannon Smit, an accredited DISC trainer, our team at Smart Business Consulting possesses the expertise to guide you through the DISC profiling journey.
